Following San Fran, I flew to Vegas to visit with the sis and go hiking with A. On our way to Zion National Park we passed a car show....nice!

After Jocelyn & Matt's wedding, I was able to catch the tail-end of Liz's birthday trip to Napa. Amazing!

Assateague Island

When I photograph a new place, it's interesting to see what inspires me.  

This is the only shot from Chincoteague Island...I was only there briefly before driving north to Assateague.

Sunny in DC, it was overcast at the beach and all the bug spray in the world couldn't keep the biting flies and mosquitos away.  Very enjoyable day though, topped off with a gorgeous sunset.

I was heading back from Caroline and Bill's engagement session when I passed a picturesque wheat field. The sun was behind some clouds for a while, then popped out to shower everything in this beautiful warm glow.
